Each quarter I offer a workshop at your office on a priority topic that you choose. Examples include: Communication, Dealing Effectively with Conflict, Building Resilience, and Navigating Change. On a regular basis, I spend a half or full day at your office, with openings for staff to be coached on immediate concerns, such as how to approach a difficult conversation. These coaching conversations offer time to be heard from an objective source and thinking partner. Shifts in perspective and action can build capacity for better decisions, effective actions, and less stress.
