Review & Reflect
“By three methods we may learn wisdom: First, by reflection, which is noblest; second, by imitation, which is easiest; and third, by experience, which is the bitterest.” —Confucius
The end of the year is a great time for Confucius’s first method to learn wisdom. Reflection provides a way to revisit and review past decisions, actions, and growth.
A year-end reflection can be as simple as asking one question, “How’d it go?’ or asking 50 questions by Ahushchka Rees.
If 50 questions seem daunting, Adriane deBovoisin has a List of 10.
Mark Muchnick focuses on 4 questions in his Personal Year in Review.
Jim Bunch’s Year in Review Webinar is an energizing and fun way to review the year.
Seven Stones Leadership Group sponsors a virtual Completion call in December to review the year and set the stage for next year.
